On March  5, 2013 eight years ago  I lost my mom  Charlottle Gagne to Myasthenia Gravis. This was a disease that we had never heard of before mom was diagnosed with it. Mom being a teacher for 40 years always educated others. As a way to remember her we can help raise money and awareness to educate patients and families about MG. My mom's best friend has also been diagnosed with MG and we are learning more with her about  the disease and things she can do. We have also attended a support group with her for MG to learn more about the prevention, education and research being done. In memory of mom and in honor of her best friend June Rizza we have walked and raised money each year in the Connecticut Myasthenia Gravis Walk

Come join our Happy Goofy team and help us reach our goal  to raise money for a cure!

We are excited to be supporting the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (MGFA) through the MG Walk because the mission is important to us. The MGFA is the only national volunteer health agency in the United States dedicated solely to the fight against myasthenia gravis.
MGFA is committed to finding a cure for myasthenia gravis and closely related disorders, improving treatment options, and providing information and support to people with myasthenia gravis through research, education, community programs, and advocacy.
Please register to walk with us OR make a pledge to help us reach our goal!

Together We Can Make A Difference!
