Protocol
All staff and volunteers will be wearing masks.
Visible signage throughout event site asking people to wear masks and social distance.

Entry to Event
Masks at entry point and signage asking everyone to wears masks.

Sanitizer at entry point.

Registration
All t-shirts will be mailed to participants prior to event to reduce large numbers at registration and prevent handling of items

Plan A
4 volunteers at registration tables spaced 6’ apart with masks.

Envelopes for registration and money at both tables.

Masks and sanitizer at registration for those that missed them at entry point.

Signage asking everyone to wear a mask.

Signage asking people to social distance 6’ apart.

Plan B (contactless)
Table with 2 unrelated volunteers in masks to man area.

Envelopes for registration and money-participants manage on their own.

Box to drop filled-out envelopes into and container for used pens.

Masks and sanitizer for those that missed them at entry point.

Signage asking everyone to wear a mask.

Signage asking people to social distance 6’ apart.

MG Strong table
Table with 1-2 volunteers wearing masks. Sanitizer on table.

QR codes displayed for people to access on-line informational documents.

Opening Ceremony
Stage with podium and microphone (recorded music).

Speakers to include staff or volunteer lead, MG Hero and Medical Ambassador.

Disinfect mic in between speakers and keep mic head away from mouth - keep mic on base.

Rest Stops and Start line
Individual bottled water and food, if available will be individually wrapped bars or oranges handed out by volunteers wearing masks-sanitizer on tables.

Walk Start
Start walk in waves of about 10 people at a time. Controlled by announcements from stage and volunteers.

Finish line entry controlled by volunteers.

Vendors
Vendors all wear masks.

Vendors will have plan on distributing pamphlets and talking to participants on-site.

Portalets
All will have sanitizer inside.
